Brandon Assistant is a personally operated messaging service used by Brandon to send conversational, coordination, reminder, and requested notification messages to himself and a limited set of known, opted-in contacts.

This service is not for unsolicited marketing. Recipients must opt in before receiving messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

What we do not send

Purchased-list or cold outreach messages
Mass promotional marketing blasts
Affiliate marketing traffic
Prohibited or age-gated promotional content

How consent works

Brandon Assistant is an invitation-based service. Contacts are invited individually and must explicitly agree to receive text messages before messaging begins. Consent may be collected through a consent page, a direct opt-in request, or keyword confirmation.

Before the first message, recipients are shown the disclosure language describing message types, frequency, opt-out instructions, support instructions, and links to the privacy policy and terms.
